On November 6, 2025, H&H Healthcare and Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. marked a defining milestone with the inauguration of its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, developed in partnership with Herbalife, the world’s premier health and wellness company.

The event was graced by Herbalife’s global and India leadership, including Mr. Troy Hicks, Chief Operating Officer, Mr. David Walsh, Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing, Mr. Gary Swanson, Senior Vice President of Quality Assurance and Control, Mr. Gary Tandy, Vice President of Manufacturing and Supplier Development, and Mr. Bheemanappa, VP of Product Operations India.

The facility features advanced granulation and blending systems, tablet manufacturing and compression machines, high-speed packaging lines, R&D-driven formulation units, and a 1.3 lakh sq. ft. warehousing facility, backed by a planned investment exceeding ₹50 crore and delivered within a 12-month timeline.

Mr. Vaibhaav Rai, Founder and Chief Managing Director, and Mr. Harshul Rai, Managing Director, shared their vision of building a globally recognised Indian brand rooted in trust, quality, and innovation, further cementing India’s position as a trusted global manufacturing hub for premium healthcare and nutraceutical products.
