Mr. Rai, a finance graduate with sharp business acumen, has over 25 years of startup and business leadership experience primarily focused in the field of Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Herbal, Syringes, Food, Cosmetics and Injection area. Prior to H&H Healthcare and Cosmetics Pvt Ltd, Mr. Rai started his business “Life Care Logistic Private Limited” in 1998. Being a Promoter and Managing Director at Life Care Logistic Private Limited, Mr. Rai has been engaged in various businesses based on its competitiveness stemming from its local and global networks, strong sourcing base and excellent logistic capacities. Many organisations either have great leaders and facilitators or have a strong psychology base; he combines the two, enabling H&H Healthcare & Cosmetics Pvt Ltd to create and deliver unique solutions. His pragmatic style has led him to specialise in creating solutions with a particular focus on success through professional leadership. Mr. Rai tries his best to make the lives of the customers more comfortable and prosperous. H&H Healthcare and Cosmetics Pvt Ltd is always with its customers in their lives as a trustworthy partner that provides a variety of healthy lifestyle services.

Mr. Harshul Rai
Harshul Rai is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. He also oversees and manages all human resources and facilities. His career spans many years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy. Harshul holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from St. Xavier’s College Mumbai specialized in finance & economics. He grew up in Mumbai, where he developed a lifelong passion for playing Tennis and became a national tennis player. Prior to joining H&H Healthcare & Cosmetics Pvt Ltd, Harshul served as a Business Development Manager and Finance Expert for Life Care Logistic Pvt. Ltd., a logistic company. He has the vision to have a transformative impact on society through continual innovation in research, education, creativity and entrepreneurship. As a CFO, Harshul provides strategic leadership including planning, implementing and managing investment strategies for H&H Healthcare & Cosmetics Pvt Ltd. In addition, he also contributes to the development of financial and operational strategy, KPIs and monitoring the financial system.

Dr. Rai brings to the group the work-life exposure of over two and half decades. This in the space of pharmaceuticals, healthcare and wellness, personal care, nutraceuticals , etc…in Leading Indian and multinational corporations having origin in different countries. Having traversed the industry professional ladder through the rungs, he has been from a ‘ executive person’ to being a ‘corporate head’ and staying there for over one decades… What he brings to the Board Room is, vision to become Number 1 organisation . With his experience for building teams, corporates and brands, we, as a corporate, will have many things added in building our corporate equity.Dr. Deepak Haldankar
Graduated from Mumbai University in Chemistry. Completed Ph. D. in Analytical Chemistry from West Brook University, USA. Working in Pharmaceutical Field for last 42 years. Presently working with H & H Healthcare and Cosmetics Pvt Ltd. as Chief Operating Officer – COO. Worked with renowned pharmaceutical companies like Cipla, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratory, Sun Pharma, Dabur Pharma & Mylan Lab in capacity of heading global quality, compliance, New Pharmaceutical Projects, Tech. Transfers and Business Development. Gone through more than 110 regulatory inspections like FDA, MHRA, ANVISA, MCC, TGA,WHO-Geneva, SFDA, PMDA etc. Exposed through more than 300 vendor audits/inspections and Due Diligences for Acquisitions. Active member of ISPE, PDA, IPA & many other global Societies. Achievements: 1st USFDA approval for API in India, part of approval process in Cipla where he faced the inspection. Name for company whose 1st USFDA dossier filed by him company like Aurobindo pharma, Fresenius Kabi. (Earlier Dabur oncology) Initiated first international formulation approval for south India based company like DRL. Worked with global company as a part of global quality Head for Asia-Pacific & Europe. First successful PMDA inspection faced in India. Improvement (formulation development) implemented for ranitidine tablets which gave a global company a cost saving of 100 cores/annum.Mr. Yogesh Shah CBO
